A high-level weekly grid giving head office and superintendents a full picture of crew coverage by project and by day, without the scheduling detail that clutters the day-to-day view. Clicking any block in the grid jumps directly to that project’s edit screen, so the people who need the big picture can still act on what they see.
Required Certs on a Project
Set certification requirements directly on a project, configurable from either the project page or the certification type modal. When a worker with a missing or expired required cert is scheduled on that site, the scheduler surfaces a warning. Expired certs are treated the same as missing. Compliance is visible at the individual worker level, connected to the certification records already managed in Corfix. Nothing to set up separately, nothing to keep in sync.

Corfix Assist is patent-pending AI scheduling, and no other construction platform has filed on this approach. Your admin selects the projects, dates, and headcount targets, and Corfix Assist fills the allocation using crew synergy, worker availability, and proximity to site. Every assignment comes with plain-language reasoning so your scheduler can see exactly why each person was recommended. You apply, adjust, or override any suggestion, and the AI never overrides a manual decision.
Crew synergy prioritizes workers with a track record of working well together on the same or similar projects, based on their co-assignment history inside Corfix. Availability factors in fatigue signals alongside hard conflicts, avoiding assignments that would create long days or long stretches of consecutive shifts without a break. That’s a safety consideration as much as a scheduling one. Proximity prefers workers closest to the job site.
When auto-scheduling, Corfix Assist automatically excludes workers with missing or expired required certifications for that project. Shifts it can’t fill with compliant workers surface in a review queue with a plain-language explanation. Your scheduler can add context, adjust the inputs, and re-run with those changes factored in.
The AI draws on crew history built inside Corfix, which means every scheduling decision your team makes now is building the data set it works from at launch.
