Construction scheduling that already knows your workers.
Corfix Scheduling is a construction crew scheduling platform built for contractors managing workers and assets across multiple active projects. It gives schedulers a real-time view of crew coverage across every project with color-coded Schedule Readiness Indicators.
Use a drag-and-drop resource booking panel called the Resource Bench, built on the same platform managing your worker certifications and compliance records. Patent-pending AI scheduling, Corfix Assist, is coming later this year.
What does Corfix Scheduling do?: The weekly view
Corfix Scheduling gives your team a live picture of every active project and its crew status, updated in real time. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
Schedule Readiness Indicator
Every project displays a color-coded status: green for fully crewed, orange for partially crewed, red for no schedule assigned. Your scheduler sees the state of every project at once, without opening a single record.
Quick Filters
Filter your entire project list by status in one click. If you want to see only the projects that are short-staffed, you’re looking at exactly those projects in under a second.
Project Search
Search active projects by name, project ID, or address. On an operation running hundreds of concurrent projects, finding the right one is instant.
Details on Hover
Hover over any project card to surface crew assignment detail and individual worker information without opening a separate screen.
One-Click Edits
Make changes directly from the weekly view. The whole scheduling workflow stays in a single screen.
What is the Corfix Resource Bench?: Who and what goes where, when
The Resource Bench sits directly alongside the weekly view, putting your full worker and equipment roster right beside the schedule so booking is a single motion, not a multi-step process.
Worker and Asset Bench
Everything your scheduler needs to build the week’s plan is in one place.
Drag-and-Drop Scheduling
Find who or what you need and drag them onto a project day card or an empty day. The booking is made instantly, with no separate screen and no manual entry required.
Flexible Search
Search workers by name, job title, or other attributes. Search assets by model or type. The roster is fully searchable so finding the right person or piece of equipment takes seconds.
Smart Filters
Filter workers and assets so you only see exactly who you need for a given shift.
Availability at a Glance
Each worker tile shows how many days they’ve been scheduled for the week. In a tight labour market, that cuts both ways: it helps you avoid burning someone out, and it helps you make sure your best people are getting the hours they need to stay.
What's next for Corfix Scheduling?: Coming Soon
Overview Mode
A high-level weekly grid giving head office and superintendents a full picture of crew coverage by project and by day, without the scheduling detail that clutters the day-to-day view. Clicking any block in the grid jumps directly to that project’s edit screen, so the people who need the big picture can still act on what they see.
Required Certs on a Project
Set certification requirements directly on a project, configurable from either the project page or the certification type modal. When a worker with a missing or expired required cert is scheduled on that site, the scheduler surfaces a warning. Expired certs are treated the same as missing. Compliance is visible at the individual worker level, connected to the certification records already managed in Corfix. Nothing to set up separately, nothing to keep in sync.
What is Corfix Assist?: What if your schedule filled itself?
Coming later this year
Corfix Assist is patent-pending AI scheduling
built around a concept no other construction platform has filed on: compliance-aware scheduling. Your admin selects the projects, dates, and headcount targets, and Corfix Assist fills the allocation using crew synergy, worker availability, and proximity to site. Every assignment comes with plain-language reasoning so your scheduler can see exactly why each person was recommended, including the safety and compliance factors behind the match. You apply, adjust, or override, and the AI never overrides a manual decision.
Crew synergy prioritizes workers with a track record of working well together on the same or similar projects. Availability goes beyond hard conflicts: workers trending toward fatigue are down-weighted for new assignments even when they’re technically available, not just blocked at hard limits. Proximity prefers workers closest to the job site. And when a project has hazard-specific requirements, like working at heights, confined space, or chemical exposure, Corfix Assist boosts workers with relevant training and experience and down-ranks those without it, layered on top of the hard certification requirements already in place.
When auto-scheduling, Corfix Assist automatically excludes workers with missing or expired required certifications. Shifts it can’t fill with compliant workers surface in a review queue with a plain-language explanation. Your scheduler can add context, adjust the inputs, and re-run with those changes factored in. Every decision is auditable, giving supers and health and safety admins a clear link between scheduling decisions and safety outcomes.
The scheduling your team does now is what makes the AI smarter at launch, because it draws on the crew history your team builds inside Corfix. Customers actively scheduling before the beta opens will have a data advantage that compounds over time.
How is Corfix Scheduling different from standalone scheduling tools?
Standalone scheduling tools work in isolation. Corfix Scheduling is built on the same platform managing your workers’ certifications, site access, and compliance status. Required certs on a project, compliance flags in the Resource Bench, fatigue-aware AI scheduling: none of that is possible without the underlying platform data. If you’re currently running a safety tool and a scheduling tool separately, Corfix does both in one place, with one record of your workforce.
SCHEDULING: Frequently Asked Questions
Corfix Scheduling is a construction crew scheduling platform that gives teams real-time visibility into crew and asset coverage across every active project. It includes a color-coded weekly scheduling view with Schedule Health Indicators, a drag-and-drop resource booking panel called the Resource Bench, and is built on the same platform managing your worker certifications and compliance records. It’s a module within the Corfix platform, not a standalone tool.
Your scheduler sees every active project in a weekly view with a color-coded Schedule Health Indicator showing whether each project is fully crewed, partially crewed, or unscheduled. Quick Filters surface only the projects that need attention. The Resource Bench panel alongside the schedule shows your full worker and equipment roster, both searchable. Drag a worker or asset onto a project day to book them instantly. Because Scheduling is part of Corfix, the booking is made against the same worker records managing certifications and compliance across your operation.
Yes. Because Scheduling is part of the Corfix platform, it draws on the same worker certifications, site access records, and compliance status already managed there. A coming-soon feature, Required Certs on a Project, lets admins set certification requirements on specific projects. When a worker with a missing or expired required cert is scheduled on that site, the scheduler surfaces a warning automatically.
Corfix Assist is patent-pending AI compliance-aware scheduling feature coming later this year. It fills crew allocations using crew synergy based on co-assignment history, worker availability including fatigue signals, and proximity to site. Every assignment includes plain-language reasoning. Schedulers can apply, adjust, or override any suggestion. The AI never overrides a manual decision.
Most construction scheduling tools work independently of your safety and compliance records. Corfix Scheduling is built on the same platform managing your workers’ certifications, site access, and compliance documentation, so scheduling decisions are made with live compliance data, not a separate list. The AI coming later this year draws on that same operational data, including crew history and certification status, in a way a standalone tool never could.
Corfix Assist, our AI-powered compliance-aware scheduling feature, is coming later this year and is patent-pending. It uses a multi-factor crew matching model based on crew synergy, availability, and proximity to site. The current version of Corfix Scheduling, available now, does not include AI features but is built to accumulate the crew history the AI draws on at launch.
No. Corfix Scheduling is a module within the Corfix platform. Customers add Scheduling as part of their Corfix plan. The scheduling features that make Corfix different from standalone tools, including compliance-connected scheduling, cert-gated project requirements, and AI crew matching, are only possible because of the underlying platform.
Corfix Scheduling is built for construction companies managing crews and assets across multiple active projects. It’s designed for the scheduler, office admin, superintendent, or project manager who owns the weekly crew plan and needs real-time visibility into coverage across their full project portfolio.
