Required Certs on a Project
Set certification requirements directly on a project, configurable from either the project page or the certification type modal. When a worker with a missing or expired required cert is scheduled on that site, the scheduler surfaces a warning. Expired certs are treated the same as missing. Compliance is visible at the individual worker level, connected to the certification records already managed in Corfix. Nothing to set up separately, nothing to keep in sync.

Your admin selects the projects, dates, and headcount targets, and Corfix Assist fills the allocation using crew synergy, worker availability, and proximity to site. Every assignment comes with plain-language reasoning so your scheduler can see exactly why each person was recommended, including the safety and compliance factors behind the match. You apply, adjust, or override, and the AI never overrides a manual decision.
Crew synergy prioritizes workers with a track record of working well together on the same or similar projects. Availability goes beyond hard conflicts: workers trending toward fatigue are down-weighted for new assignments even when they’re technically available, not just blocked at hard limits. Proximity prefers workers closest to the job site. And when a project has hazard-specific requirements, like working at heights, confined space, or chemical exposure, Corfix Assist boosts workers with relevant training and experience and down-ranks those without it, layered on top of the hard certification requirements already in place.
When auto-scheduling, Corfix Assist automatically excludes workers with missing or expired required certifications. Shifts it can’t fill with compliant workers surface in a review queue with a plain-language explanation. Your scheduler can add context, adjust the inputs, and re-run with those changes factored in. Every decision is auditable, giving supers and health and safety admins a clear link between scheduling decisions and safety outcomes.
